PURICARE’s water dispensers are sourced & manufactured from South Korea, Taiwan, China. We collaborate with good reputable manufacturers to ensure that each dispenser undergoes a stringent and comprehensive quality checks before each shipment.
Delivery typically takes 4-7 working days from the time of order confirmation. However, delivery times may vary based on product availability and schedule availability.
We offer a standard 1-year warranty on all our dispensers covering technical defects which includes free repairs or replacements due to manufacturer issue. Extended warranty coverage and maintenance contracts are also available.
Our installation service includes free fittings & accessories as needed. Free drilling will only be applicable for laminated wood, Korean top material (exclude granite, quartz, stone, etc…)
We offer rental, maintenance, recondition package and third-party model servicing.
